We will meet in the parking lot adjacent to the Wompatuck Visitors Center at 2pm and depart for Hornstra by 2:30. That leaves time for tandem fitting and first tandem ride instructions.
If you would like to test ride a tandem, please contact us in advance so that we can have the right bike available. We have tandems to fit just about any team, from two super fit adults to parents and children. If you'd like to try a tandem with an experienced captain just let us know. The ride is just 5-6 miles each way. The route is primarily paved trails in Wompatuck with a short section of dirt trail and about 1/2 mile on the road to the farm.
We will be available after the ride to talk tandems, gravel bikes, or the adventure of your choice.
We will only do this ride if the weather looks good. If not, we'll schedule a rain date. Check back here for updates.
